Shipping & Returns


Transit times vary based on shipping service selected. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your product ships, so that you'll have an ETA for your products.

All packages are securely shipped in packaging specifically designed for the products we're sending you, and which have been thoroughly tested to prevent against breakage! However, if a product should arrive damaged, please see the Returns section below.

Game Changer CBD won't be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit because of, but not limited to: errors made by the shipping company, errors made by the customer, etc. For shipping insurance, please contact us before ordering.


We will accept all returns within 30 days. To return a product, simply contact us, and we'll personally talk you through finding out why you need a return, and what we can do to help you. No impersonal forms, no complex RMA processes: we're here to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase.

If the return isn't for an error on our part, we will refund you the original price of the products, but not shipping costs. We'll process a refund within one or two business days of us receiving the product back.

If the return is for an error on out part, we will absolutely replace or refund the price of the product and any required shipping. If we sent you the wrong product, that's totally on us, and we will absolutely make it right. Just go through the same return process above, but we'll give you the option of a full refund, or just getting you the product you ordered, at our expense.
